Nostalgie nostalgie

Bistro Jeanty

Une soupe a l'oignon, un cassoulet, une mousse au chocolat brulee (mi creme brulee, mi mousse au chocolat) en plein mileu de la vallee de Napa?!? C'est pas possible? Impossible n'est pas francais!
Excellente adresse (une etoile Michelin) : Bistro Jeanty, a Yountville.
